What's Covered - Network Support for Cheshire, Lancashire, Wigan, Warrington, Manchester, and Liverpool.

The standard annual Support agreement includes the resources to identify issues associated with the network infrastructure (cabling system and network switches).

The Support Engineer will attend site and using extensive experience and network tools (such as the Fluke Linkrunner or Nettool) diagnose the cause of the problem. Depending on the nature of the event, loan hardware will be fitted to re-instate system availability and allow the faulty item to be repaired or replaced.

For hardware failures that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the engineer will assist with the logging of the call for a replacement unit and when it arrives, will return to site at an agreed time to configure/fit the item and test the network
