Topological Limited has a large selection of networking components obtained over many years that have been retained due to the effectiveness for temporarily solving network issues. These include a variety of stackable switches, Gigabit ports, chassis systems, power supplies, PoE injectors and wireless Access Points.

Subject to availability, the engineers will select and utilise these products for the identification and resolution of issues and they will be left as part of the client’s network for a reasonable time to maintain system availability.

The standard support agreement does not guarantee the availability of suitable loan products, especially specialist products such as a core switch or wireless controller, however Topological Limited will utilise other products to maximise system availability in the event of a failure.
