Included within the competitive annual fee is an initial audit of the network infrastructure.

A Support Engineer will visit site and tour all of the cabinets to discover the locations and scope of the network. Following discussions with the on-site technical staff the engineer will prepare information to assist with the response to a future issue.

Depending on the type of network hardware and complexity of the system, the engineer may also download copies of the switch configurations.
