

Excluded Items - Network Support for Cheshire, Lancashire, Wigan, Warrington, Manchester, and Liverpool.
To minimise the cost of the standard package there are several aspects that are excluded, although these may generally be integrated into a customised package. Cover is provided during normal office hours during the standard working week and does not include public holidays.
Physical damage, or vandalism is excluded and the agreement does not include the replacement of cables that have not been fitted in compliance with the associated standards and manufacturer’s specifications.
There is no provision for the repair/replacement of network hardware, as many of the leading manufacturer’s offer long warranty periods (HP ProCurve has a lifetime warranty for the majority of products in the portfolio). Unless requested and clearly stated in the support proposal the agreement excludes wireless networks.
