

Call Out Service - Network Support for Cheshire, Lancashire, Wigan, Warrington, Manchester, and Liverpool.
Some clients prefer the flexibility of a Call-Out Service to enhance their on-site technical resources. These clients opt for a call-out charge that covers the first hour and they are charged for any additional time or materials required to resolve the issue.
During busy periods resources are allocated to clients with support contracts and so to guarantee a very prompt response it is recommended that an annual agreement is selected. Also, overall costs may be reduced by opting for the contract, as this will cover all events and the associated return visits to implement replacement products.
Costs are provided upon receipt of call and so clients may opt to start an annual agreement, although they do not benefit from the discount that is offered to clients who place regular orders for networking projects and annual support.
