The annual agreement is a 12-month contract that covers the engineering resources for a prompt response to a network issue. Typically this agreement will cover the cabling and switches, with an increasing quantity of clients opting for wireless cover.

An initial on-site meeting is arranged to discuss the requirements of the client and a fixed price quotation is then prepared and this is issued with a procedures document that covers the scope of the agreement, identifying any elements that are excluded.

Regular clients receive a discount for their support agreement and any associated remedial work.
